Hello and welcome to West Country Occupational Therapy. My name is Jen Rolfe, I am an Occupational Therapist based in Falmouth, Cornwall. I work with adults with physical disabilities and long term conditions in their own homes. I specialise in equipment and adaptations to enable people to live at home as independently as possible. Jen Rolfe (BSc, PGCAP, FHEA, MRCOT)

Jen founded West Country Occupational Therapy in 2017 as an independent occupational therapist. Jen has seven years of experience working in Adult Social Care, firstly in Oxfordshire and then in Devon. Jen also works for the University of Plymouth as a lecturer in occupational therapy.

Jen has extensive experience of working with adults of all ages, mainly in their homes, to enable them to live as independently as possible. She works with people with a wide range of disabilities and long term health conditions.

Examples of conditions include but are not limited to:

  • Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) through illness or trauma such as a Stroke or Road Traffic Accident.
  • Progressive and degenerative Neurological Conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Motor Neurone Disease.
  • Rheumatic Conditions including Arthritis and Osteoporosis – especially following joint replacement surgery.
  • Cancer and other life-limiting illnesses.
  • ME, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).
